You can make these changes from the order confirmation email that you received directly after placing your order.
Changes that do not impact the total order value are processed automatically. When an extra payment is required, you will receive an email to complete the additional payment.
Paints are produced on-demand and typically shipped 2 times per week.
Products are shipped through the postal network. Order tracking information will be provided in the order confirmation email.

Our goal is to only sell paints which are so good we'd use them on our own bikes. And when that fails, we understand your frustration.
The common reason for a poor colour matching is because bike frames are produced in batches, and there can be slight paint variations between each batch of bikes. This is something beyond your and our control, but it does sometimes happen.
In such cases we want to be generous and provide you with a refund of the product price. For this we ask that you send us a photo of the paint with your bike.

We are constantly developing new paint colours to stay up-to-date with the newest bikes being released by our partner bike brands. However, when a particular colour is not listed in our store, we don't have that colour available.
Due to our arrangements with our partner brands, we are unable to disclose which colours we are working on to release in the future.
If you are in need for a paint colour that is not listed on our store, we would recommend that you visit an auto body repair shop and ask them to develop the paint for you.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to perform paint repairs.
If you are in need of an expert in paint repair, we would recommend that you visit an auto body repair shop and request their expetise.
With our bike database we try to keep up with the constant release of new bikes and colours, to help customers find their bike and thereby confirm they are buying the correct paint for their bike.
If you already know the name of the paint of your bike, but you couldn't find your specific bike (model) - please know that bike brands use paints across various models. As a general rule: if the name of the colour is the same, then the paint is the same.
If you don't know the name of the paint of your bike, we recommend checking online databases and/or consult with the After-Sales teams of your bike.
